The car battery is connected to the top of the battery carriage by two metal poles (a positive + and a negative - pole). These terminals can build up over time and block the flow of electricity. If there is any debris in the battery, remove it and ask all car service personnel to clean it. This allows electricity to flow through the connector to the required components. Make sure the end of the cable is securely attached to the tip. The loose end of the wire can prevent the car from starting.
